The Caboolture Radio Club Inc was founded in 1992 and caters for both amateur and CB radio enthusiasts. For the past seven years it has been located at the Caboolture Scouts Ground in buildings kindly donated by the Scouts.

Repeater
The club 2 meter repeater has been kindly provided free of charge by Mark Kyle Communications and Danny Granger. The frequency is 146.625 Mhz negative offset.

Our Logo
The club logo was derived from the fact that Caboolture means "Land of the Carpet Python" and in fact there are a lot of them around the area. Actually they are quite harmless to humans.

Meetings
The clubhouse is open every Monday and Saturday from 9am to 1pm so please feel free to drop in for a chat and a coffee. Our bi monthly meetings are held on the second Saturday of that month at 10am at the Club rooms located at, 169 Smiths Road, Caboolture QLD 4510.

Training
We can provide training to obtain your Foundation Licence which is your entry into Amateur Radio. Contact us at vk4qd@yahoo.com.au for more information.
